Project Overview
This industrial scale integration system was developed for a packaging and warehousing operation that required precise, automated weight measurements to be captured and integrated with their business workflows. The desktop application communicates directly with industrial-grade scales via serial COM port connection, reading weight data in real-time.
By completely eliminating manual weight recording, the system achieves 99.9% measurement accuracy while performing automatic quality control checks against configurable weight tolerances. All data is stored locally and can be exported for analysis and compliance reporting.
